Reservation/Refundable Security Deposit
- A Reservation Deposit of $250 is required within seven (7) days of booking to confirm a reservation.
- Once confirmed the Reservation Deposit will convert to a Refundable Security Deposit.
- Security Deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days upon departure, after inspection of condo for damage to or loss of item.
Payments
- We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Sorry, credit cards not accepted.
- Checks to be made payable to Alison Wolniak and mailed to

- Half of total rent is due 60 days prior to arrival and the balance no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
- All rates are subject to 11.5% Florida State Taxes.
Cancellation Policy
- We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens, cancel before 60 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
- For cancellations within the 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments of deposit and/or rent will be retained.
- If the unit can be re-rented over your rental dates, we will refund what losses we recoup.
General Policiees
- CHECK-IN time is 3 P.M. CHECK-OUT time is 10 A.M.
- Per HOA Rules, no Pets are allowed in the units.
- Per County Law, maximum occupancy of unit is six (6) persons
- This is a non-smoking condo.
